Target your core and back muscle by performing the kettlebell renegade row exercise. Start at the top of a push up position and row the kettlebell up towards the side of your body while balancing on your feet and other hand. Hold the kettlebell at the top position for a second and slowly lower the kettlebell down to the floor. Repeat on the opposite side. Make sure to keep your shoulder blades together and your back straight during this exercise.
Kettlebell Upright Row
To perform the upright row, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend over to grab the kettlebell ensuring that your hips are slightly pushed back and your body is tipped forward. With both hands, grip the handle of the kettlebell and pull the weight off the ground. In a controlled movement, pull the bell up to shoulder height. Hold this position and then slowly lower the kettlebell back to the start position.
